Ramani is is the Director of the NIAA Health Services Research Centre (www.niaa-hsrc.org.uk), UCLH NIHR Surgical Outcomes Research Centre (uclsource.com), and an Associate National Clinical Director at NHS England. She is married to Ed.

Monty is Smiths Medical Professor of Anaesthesia at UCL, Council Member of the Royal College of Anaesthetists, Chair of the National Institute of Academic Anaesthesia, and an inspirational mentor to the countless doctors and academics whose careers he has shaped.
Dr Jim Roberts

Jim is an ENT anaesthetist with a special interest in innovation. He co-invented the epidrum epidural tool, and works tirelessly to help young innovators within the NHS to realise their design ambitions. Jim's interest in the quality and integrity of design is inspirational.
Profesor Mike Grocott

Mike is the Professor of Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Southampton. He is a dad, an adventurer, and world expert in hypoxia research. He is the South coast hub for academic anaesthesia, and has an interest in hill walking.
