BIG develops products that benefit NHS patients, and then makes those products available to the NHS at the lowest possible cost. Simple. The first BIG product to market will be an ultra low cost Perioperative Carbohydrate Loading Drink (Working title CD-50) BIG is also currently developing an ENT swiss army knife, a one hit front of neck access tool, a multi role anaesthetic mask and a host of other products designed to improve patient care and save our health service money.

BIG are proud to be working with Dr Chris Evans, an academic anaesthesia trainee.
Chris is a serial innovator, with a spectacular flair for incorporating the cutting edge of technology research into affordable devices and techniques for use within the health service. Don't be surprised if you see children in UK hospitals wearing cardboard VR headsets soon! It will be down to the work of Chris in collaboration with the Bloomsbury Innovation Group.
